What people say about our events

I found it really useful, it did obviously confirm some of what I suspected (fat content etc) but the level of detail across the board was really interesting. I wasn’t coerced into signing up for a gym either but instead was given some simple things to change which were closely aligned to the sort of things I’m already trying to do, so I found the approach personal to me and do-able. He was just really helpful, personable and friendly – and instead of coming away feeling I’ve a mountain to climb I actually feel determined to implement the bits of advice he’s given me and come back again next year and see what a difference small but consistent changes can make

Ps I sent my alarm ½ an hour early this morning and got up and did some stretches and then went for a walk/run/jog, which has also done my head space a bit of good too!

The event was fantastic. I haven’t ridden a bike since I moved into my current house, which was about 6 years ago. So, it was a perfect reason to dig the bike out. It was a good job that it was serviced, as it turns out my brakes were on backwards 🤦‍♂️

The technician was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained everything and showed me how to look after the bike.

I will definitely be interested in these type of events in the future, as I’m hoping to actually get some use out of the bike for once.

It was amazing! Best ballet I've ever seen ( I've seen so many) the seats were great with excellent view. The quay club was a total surprise. Unlimited drinks and snacks for before the show and during intervals. Myself and my mum felt like royalty. The lady was so lovely who served us (nothing was ever too much trouble) and we got a free programme each which we would normally have to buy. The quay club was so cosy and relaxing with jazz music and candlelight. A true experience i will never forget! After such a stressful week, it was such a lovely thing to experience. The lady who served us also let us know when it was time to enter the theatre and also had our drinks ready for when we returned.

Thank you again for everything, we had an amazing time!
